Information on menu items, delivery, pickup, returns

**Menu Items:** - All items are made fresh to order. - The menu is updated daily. - Items will be available on the specified date. - For catering/Special requests, please contact us directly and complete the required form.

**Refunds/Payment:** - For same day orders full payment is required before your order can be processed. Orders without payment will be canceled.

- For pre orders a 50% retainer fee is required and the remaining total is due the day of.

- No refunds are issued on any orders. If a refund is granted, the amount and return are at the business's discretion.

- Pickup orders will receive notifications via email and phone when ready.

- Brown Sugar Foodie is not responsible for the temperature of orders if the customer is late for pickup.

- Once an order is picked up, Brown Sugar Foodie is not liable for any issues.

- No exchanges or returns are allowed once an order has been started and or delivered. - Delivery times may vary based on when the order is placed.

- Payment options include Zelle, Online payment and Cash App
